This is Karl. Hetrick’s service was started by Karl’s father (Fred Hetrick Sr.) in the late 1960’s. Karl grew up working for the business but left in the 90’s to pursue auto body repair. After Karl’s father passed away, Karl came back to run the business and has been heavily investing his time into keeping the station around for generations to come. Karl has no plans to retire soon, but is actively recruiting the right people to continue servicing our customers and community when he decides to slow down.

This is Lisa, she is the keystone of Hetrick’s Tire & Auto Service. Her title is Service Manager, but she coordinates most of the daily operations of the business. She is usually the person on the other end of the phone when you call. She is the person who schedules all appointments, orders parts, and keeps customers up to date with the status of their vehicles.
